NEW RICHMOND -- Orrin Glover, 75, of New Richmond, died at 8:35 p.m. Sunday in Home Hospital at Lafayette. He had become ill earlier in the day and had been in the hospital 4 1/2 hours. Mr. Glover had resided in the New Richmond-Linden area since 1904. He was a retired farmer and attended Center Christian Church. Born April 4, 1890, at Barren, Ky., he was a son of George P. and Martha Bet Bowles Glover. He attended school at Hacker Branch, Ky., and Linden. Surviving are a sister, Miss Kate Glover of New Richmond; a nephew, Robert Glover of Carmel; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Myrle Glover; and three great nieces. He was preceded in death by his wife, who died Sept. 5, 1964; a brother and a sister. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Helms' Funeral Chapel in Linden. Rev. John Servies will officiate. Interment will be in Linden Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
